Please try it again. I fixed a server bug that happened when expeditions for players with a very high money order of magnitude were created. (I knew there was a reason for the cap *cough*)
Can you please create a bug report with additional information. Can you reset the game, but your level doesn't increase? Or isn't it possible to reset at all?

you can replenish resources with the fabricator. the fabricator is created like a factory, it's on the bottom of the factories list!
