Does anyone know what crew luck actually does? It doesn't seem to prevent injuries on missions, and the "helpful" tips on the bottom only mention automining bonuses to me.

Argh!! I can't kill my squad without killing me! This solo mission will forever taunt me from the top of my list!

Is the 24th floor of the mystery dungeon supposed to be this seizure inducing exchange of floor tiles? If so..., why?
