How do you train Scavengers? Can't do it at schools, and I've sent untrained Mishkin on plenty of Scavenge missions along with my Scavengers. But he's still untrained >.>
Just realized the fastest way to upgrade is to save points for the max upgrade. Otherwise, you end up wasting points (and waaaay too much time) on incremental upgrades... sry, not cool.
