This game has a some kind of its own atmosphere. Very nice to play. However it's too easy after lets say 20-30 levels. It's no problem to finish all badges and after killing the main boss (it's too easy!!!) there is no reason to replay it again, as you are too strong with all of artifacts and money. Anayway, I like this game and I had a fun during playing it. I think there is several options how to improve it however. Thanks! (4/5)

Really good idea and good game with very big potencial. But needs some improvements to named it as a really perfect and great game...
As mentioned before in other comments, it's too slow and lagged after some time of playing!
User interface could be better - better skill balance, as some of characters skills are absolutely useless. It seems characters are not well balanced. Do better skill selection during battles to do not need scroll to the right and left and again scroll and scroll in case you have learned more skills. Do more variations of enemies, and why not also of items and character's RPG system.
Anyway, still very good game. I had a fun during playing it and some battles was quite chalenging (especialy the last one).
Thanks for it. I think a lot of players will appreciate if you will do Gate of Apocalypse 2, using mentioned improvements in this discussion. (3,5/5).

Chandl34: Yes, it's true. That's how this game works. Firstly the damage is calculated, after it the animation starts. It isn't the best way - but still it isn't a big problem at all.
This game is amazing! In fact, the best flasgame ever (and the most time-consumer flashgame ever too, for sure) ;-)
I'm at day 121 with Hunter lvl.97 (Casual). Still playing. Elona rocks!
It's not a bad game, but it is absolutely lugged on my PC (Intel Core2Duo E6750, 2 GB RAM, WinXP SP3) - easy level around 140. Moreover some strange orange-red something is appears on the way and still growing in their number... strange. I had to stop it :-(
