Some data from my games: To first Prestige your income per revenue must be greater than 1M. Every Prestige gives multiplier on income, so To first Promotion you need 1M Prestige Multiplier. After that, you can choose one of four Promotions. If you have chosen MAPA, that's make you closer to Rebirth. You need 150 MAPA on first Rebirth. Next values must be greater to repeat. It's simple.
