Nice Game, but probably the enemies should have some abilities (like reflecting part of taken damage, invulnerability for a turn ... there are so much possibilities).
I did prestige... with many upgrades (double Heat/Energy) but now the reactor explodes with just one Uranium -.- and i waited about 5 minutes to cool down (with no upgrades in getting the heat out ...).
