Am I doing the math wrong, or are the angel +.01% upgrades actually the weakest of all upgrades? I'm thinking the bonus is calculated as AI * (0.2 + upgrade), which means they're only ultimately coming out to a x1.5 or less multiplier, compared to the x3 or greater multiplier every other upgrade provides.
