The loading is so that the content isn't horrible, it takes time to get great things, and the loading timer isn't *really* too bad.
And, if you want them to make crappy updates, you'd still be complaining, it takes time for them to develop some things, but after all the waiting it's worth it.
There is also auto healing in some places, after every battle your full HP is replenished, the only time it's not is in arenas or endurance gauntlets, so that it isn't as easy and makes it more challenging.
@Amuba, there is healing classes, so you don't have to use items, scan through your skills, if not try get a healer to run with you, that's why it's better to run in a group, so you have a wider variety of skills, less damage taken, faster completions and best of all, more experience.
