"There is a zoo of ancient monsters that have been recently been cloned out of prehistoric DNA samples? Ohh, but you want me to pay 5 bucks? F*ck. That."
I don't know what it is about this game exactly, but it just doesn't have the same nice feel to it that Crusade did. It's not a terrible game, but really let me down considering how much I loved Crusade and the My Pet Protector games.
Great game, just played it for a few hours. Would love to see a leaderboard though.
Anyway, my only problem is that the difficulty curve suddenly stops existing. After wave 30 or so, it's essentially the same wave again and again. I went up to 99 before I made a stupid mistake.
To get to wave 99, all you have to do is to collect all the power-ups to your stats, then never use the plasma balls. Keep your health at full if possible. At the start of each wave, destroy an alien hub and take the invincibility from it. This is the only possible power-up if you have all the stat improvements+ full health. Then, run into the rest of the hubs while invincible, healing the ground as you go.
My squads always consist of 4 badass black ops guys, their commanding officer, and an idiot with a bazooka who kills 1 tank for every 2 friendly soldiers. If only I could give a bazooka to a black ops.
Fantastic game, the only thing that you should change is the energy mechanic. I realize you want kreds, but this makes the game much less appealing to me. Would be 5/5 if there was no energy limit, is 3/5 since there is. Again, fantastic game you've developed, but the energy bar ruins it for me.
Very easy for the sparta one, just buy three shield generators, max them out, and buy a grenade launcher. Use leftover money for a few repair men. 94% of damage is absorbed.
