@lastdayonearth I can understand if it seems so... but right now I am almost at level 100 of both GPC and GPS. This was not realistically possible before the price drop. In fact, before the change... I was about lvl 16-20 on both GPC and GPS and that was as high as I could get unless I wanted to play a whole day just to upgrade one skill with one level.
New record for me... with a bit crazy results. 7.084 SX Explosion = 1.92 million shards =).
@tulamide Sorry that I did reply before but I havent really been around for a few days. Things seem to be going a bit better for you now?
@yukkakoya What you are saying could very well be true. I really cant say... but that could be just because I am quite far ahead. But, there was a HUGE reduction in shard cost for skills. I think before the update... the GPC and GPS skills for me were above 100k shards each (cant say for sure)... and now they were LESS than 1k... this was just crazy for me. I think I had +160% to GPC and GPS. Now I have +600% to each and I am just blasting trough the game. So, when considering the balance of the game... take notice to how much less shard skills cost now.
I see people complaining that they have a huge loss in gold gain with this new patch. Well, for me its completely the opposite. Before the patch I had 21 trillion GPS and 59 trillion GPC. Now I have 125 trillion GPS and 342 GPC... a HUGE boost. Also, when I crit... I get 4.2 Qa gold... its just insane =). Good patch for me so far =D

It is possible, but where you are right now... you are close to the wall. I am right now making 4.6 trillion per sec and with crits I get 157k trillions (have not yet bought power miner or power clicker). The idea is of course to explode and then use shards for permanent upgrades. Problem is that the cost of upgrades is too high compared to how much you get from an explosion. This will be addressed in the upcoming update, I think.

The instructions for the game: "The game plays by itself". Well, that is nice... except that the game stops playing itself unless it is the active window. As soon as I switch to another tab... the game is no longer playing itself. In other words... I must watch the game play itself =). Using Chrome... no other game I play does this for me.
@tulamide Ah, now I understand. Your issue is with the fact that the extra gold you get per click from the mine is negligible? If so, I am not sure that is the case. I am pretty upgraded now... so I cant really check... but I am pretty sure that the click boost from the mine is not bad at all. But when you said that the increase is not significant... well, later in game the increase will seem more trivial because the increase is a fixed amount and not a % (for obvious reasons). Still, if I understand the description correctly... with a boost of 60 gold per click (thats what I have now) per mine (I got 113 mines atm), I get an extra 6780 GPS each time I click... unless I misunderstood it? And I dont know how the various % boosts are applied to that number. And if I am correct, 100 clicks will increase my GPS by 678000 (no bonuses applied) ... and this in turn affects my GPC. Yeah, I dont know... but, I am pretty sure that the Mine could be the strongest building of them all.

Quick update for tulamide. So, I have had my game running for few hours in endless now. I am still far from upgrading many things... BUT, currently this is how it looks for me.
(I have +160% to GPS and GPC from shard skills)
55 billion per sec
75 billion per click (1.5sec click delay) - this is already on pair with GPS
Now to the fun part:
I have currently 0.36 crit chance which I guess is 36%. I am using the item that boosts my crit power by 70% to a total of 12.2 crit power. When I crit, and this happens very often, I get 920 billion gold. Compare that to the 55 I make per second. In other words, every time I crit, I get roughly 16.7 sec of idle gold. This is in no way trivial. This is why I asked you about what skills you have invested in and what items you are using.
My crits in a row record is 10 =)
@tulamide I am now quite curious as to what skills you have upgraded and what items you are using? I have the same % boost to GPS and GPC... and I use the item that boost my clicks with 50%. It is crazy how much more gold I get per click... especially when I crit. I am off to sleep now so I wont start a new game just to show you my numbers... but most of my gold comes from clicking. In fact... if I would not click... I would more or less get nowhere... (I am at a point where I can make Qa gold... and pushing for Qi).
Why is there not a forum section for this game? There are tons of general questions more experienced players could easily answer but its so clumsy using this "Comments" section.
Where do you turn off the sound?
In all honesty, making any game in this day of age where it is not possible to turn off the sound should be criminalized. Especially if the only sound is someone just clamping around...
2Qa gold = 90k shards. I used to get way more shards for way less gold... yet another nerf? My next Producer or Clicker skill costs 500k shards. It required me to leave the game over night so that I could get a 2Qa explosion. So, 5 days of gameplay to upgrade one skill? That is just not fun...
What is the point on nerfing the game to a point when one cannot afford buying skills anymore? Also, what is the point in nerfing skills that people ONLY use at the very last point of the game, because of the way they are designed... im talking about power clicker and power miner here. Even with those skills not nerfed... it is still a huge challenge getting over the Qa/Qi wall...
I have played quite a few idle games by now... but this one is so damn slow... its just painful. This is the first time im playing and I am more or less stuck on level 40ish... and I bet if I leave it on all night... by the time I wake up... the earned gold will really not count for much at all.
Just to give an example...
I currently 146 DPS... the monster at lvl 41 has 1600hp... and when killed it drops 1400 gold. Here is the fun part... the next auto damage increase of ONLY 5 costs 583400... this is insane. The dmg increase seems linear but the gold increase is exponential. The progress is simply horribly slow... just kills the fun of the game.
Awesome game! My only problem is the items needed to craft weapons... not knowing where they drop is just really frustrating. Been looking for the item "Blood" everywhere... cannot seem to find it. Would be nice if there was some indication where one could look for these items.
Btw, seems like I am at the end of chapter 5... havent crafted a single weapon... dont have the materials for any of them.
