Something I'd like to see is keyboard functionality. It just feels like cursor keys/WSAD should be in this for more than moving the screen. Also, variable zoom.
I swear, if I get cut off one more time I'm going to get out of my car, jump from my roof to his, get in, and beat the hell out of him! Then I think I'll refill his Nos tank, because everyone has one!
That message about Rogues being the most challenging is false. Backstab has to be the single most nasty ability in the game, and the fact that you can use Shadowstep to avoid enemies that could otherwise make you a red smear or close distance with the ranged attackers makes the Rogue starting ability insane.
How to beat this game in three easy steps:
Step 1: Save up 3500 Scrap.
Step 2: Buy Bullet Storm
Step 3: Circle strafe and scream "WAAARGH!" for 2 hours. More dakka indeed,
The game isn't just about "beating" it, it's about doing it in the way you like best. If that's your approach, go for it. I personally enjoy trying the different ships and stomping them in each of the different ways.
This game would be great if you could re-play it, or even continue from a previous save. Seems if I want to put the game down for a while I'm SOL. Kind of sad, really.
