The game is really nice and keeps a player entertained for several hours, I like it a lot. There is just one thing that I'd like to point out... The music in it. It's really annoying after 20-30 minutes of gameplay. The looped sample itself is nice, but it's just waaay too short... And (as in most RPG's) there could be more songs within the game, different while in the village, different while in dungeons, different in combat... Plenty of room for improvement here...
Well, I just have to ask... How do you guys play this game to lvl 139? I don't mean it's difficult, I got a setting like this - http://a.imagehost.org/download/0744/kong - and it lets no bloon pass, so I think it would work for another 20-30 levels, but... The lags are unimaginable! Isn't there any way to enhance the rendering? I mean... Round 117 took about three hours to render - and during this time, my computer was totally out of order... It took me three days by now to get to the point I'm in and I would shure want to be on the leaderboard, but my patience is at an end... :/
The game is really good, but it needs a speed-up button that would keep the pace, not only when you hold the mouse button. As for me - I would also appreciate a mortar targetting option in which you can choose several mortars and then set a target, because it's often necessary to re-target those weapons during a wave, and doing it 20 times (for 20 mortars) and doing it back after the wave is not only difficult, but also takes precious time... Just a thought...
I like it pretty much, it looks better than the first one I played, yet it's just the amount of changes that seems proper. However, the new click-arrow-to-scroll-map technique is quite annoying for me... moving the cursor to the edge of the battlefield suited me just fine, this clicking can become quite a problem when you want to act fast :)
