I have it set to auto reinforce after a fight. When the worker bots are done they auto pause, causing me to have to manually restart them again. This is a little irritating.

1 RC = 10 Gold 5 EC = 1 RC (2 gold per EC)
1 GC = 100 Gold 200 RC = 2 GC (500 EC = 1 GC (1/5 gold per EC))
1 LC = 1,000 Gold 300 GC = 3 LC (500,000 EC = 1 LC ( 1/500 gold per EC))
Haven't unlocked the new god cells yet so don't have the math, but it seems the best value to sell for gold straight up is the Research Cell.
