I went broke in my first game. It's good to have a game that isn't so easy that you can't lose.
This is really good for version 0.5. It's a good basic idea and it's well implemented, so you have a solid basis to build on. It's enjoyable as it is, even though it's not complete.
This is a very promising game engine, but it's not a finished game. I'd say it's version 0.5, not 1.1. The content clearly isn't even close to complete. There's no story at all. The foundation is solid, but the game itself hasn't been built yet.
I have allowed the >150 scripts this page runs from >20 sites free reign through my security settings and the game still doesn't load. I just get a scrollbar appearing on the side of a black window.
I'm using Firefox 43.0.4 and Windows 7, so nothing unusual there.
A shame, as I have fond memories of Rogue and roguelike games.
I control 15 territories, have 4 fleets of 6 galleons and masses of money. My only remaining option is to break a peace treaty with the only remaining country, which is no threat to me.
I'm going to count that as a win.
