Um why am i good at this the first time i played i was just hitting him in the face then put scalples in him the second time i played it i went ok where is the hammer then i hit him repeatedly in the ribs lungs flew and ribs broke cleared it out blood was fine then got a scapel and cut around the heart till it stopped beating then took it out got the new heart then i tilted the hand a bit to make the vains and arteries go where the old ones are then drop and done
amazing game but could you maybe make it so you press left arrow to move the bike and right arrow too and make it so you need to press left shift to meet a gaze and have a s d to be pressed when a tear gos over one of them
