This was a beautifully made game. I'm a sucker for upgrade systems and this game fulfilled that craving. Although not too difficult, it still poses a challenge in the form of time management. The art direction was very well done, yet simple enough to give it almost a Tim Burton style look. One of my favorite games yet. 5 out of 5.
This was a VERY poorly made game. First off - the banshee girl. I wear headphones and play in the dark when I pick up a horror game, and this didn't scare me at all. My ears just hurt. I had to mute the game just to come down here to complain. Second - atmosphere. It's all about location. I couldn't even tell where I was. The fog was stupid and unreal, and the fence was only ankle-high. Was I in someone's backyard? If I wanted to escape from Slender, I'd just book it and forget the pages. Whoever wants me to collect those pages can kiss my ass. Take it up with whoever's backyard it is.
An interesting game - I'm not going to bore anyone by restating it's a 'clever twist' or whatever. I thought this was more like a 'give up' game - you try and try and never win until you realize the only way to keep the werewolf down was by taking the rope and moving towards the hook...
Great game. I look forward to future projects by ScriptWelder.
This is everything an RPG should be. Quests, monsters, show-offs, and the ability to get naked. Why I like this one so much is because it has that element of humor that is hard to pull off without redundancy, and it is absolutely, entirely FREE! You can even buy gems with coins if you put that much into the game. Overall MetaCafe rating: 10/10
