I think the only thing that you might want to do is make a filter for when you are doing the missions, only showing people that work well for that mission, or instead of the people with the strongest skill first, list the weakest first. 5/5 tho.
I really want to like this game but it is missing something, it just moves really slowly. I like perhaps if you had a couple more turns to collect mana and not have the opponent attacking you every turn.
