Well SOMEBODY studied before making this game. And for that, and the fact that this game is probably one of the most epic I've ever played, you get 5 stars.
To get the bird ending, first start up the pot. Then, you grab the wooden spoon from the bird cage, and then proceed to create a purple potion. Use this potion on the plant, and it will knock down the birdcage, revealing a hook. Click on the cheese, and then click on the hook. Create a green potion and use it on the mouse that shows up. He'll get up there, revealing a pasta noodle. Put the noodle in the pot, and then place it on the ground near the bird. Create an orange potion and use it on the plant.

I like it, it's interesting, and I've never seen a game executed this way. After a few levels, however, I was like "What is this shit?!" because of all the types and damages.
I did indeed beat it without unlimited, and it was hard as HELL! Except for the laggiest of parts, it was a great game, and truely deserves the 5 I'm giving it.
