I'd give this 1 star, but I'll hand out 2, just because I like dr. who. Nice idea, but not well done. Try again and improve graphics, interface and options. A Dr.Who Sonic Screwdriver Sandbox could be a very fun thing to play around with if done properly. Give it another go!
I was about to hit a 1 star rating. Then I clicked a few more buttons and settled for... mkay... 2 stars. Then I did the Rick kill. Ok, you get 3 stars.
