Grenadier classes defensive skills don't work in Faction Wars, since they're heals. Troopers have a 120% reflect, and a 90% damage reduction paired with two gap closers.
Can't control your characters skills in Arena, so as soon as that reflect is popped and the AI unleashes its combo, you're left dead wondering what the hell happened.
Total P2W game. Avoid at all costs.
No wonder the gate was charged full with electricity, with monsters like trolls, giants, and even a mountain golem living just a stone-throws away from their backyard.
