Very small bug I noticed: when dragging scrollbar sideways, the scrollbar drags with the mouse for one frame until it locks back into its place. But that's nothing, the game itself is wonderful. All the diverse and interconnected content, mechanics and features give this game the feel of its title "Business". Some things could be clarified a bit, along with a better UI (which is improving as updates come) and balancing, but 5/5 anyway because I know you can do it!
Accidently found the scrolling when I scrolled down the webpage to see game comments. Like others have said, something needs to be done to make it clearer :b I bet adding up/down arrow buttons, like this: http://gyazo.com/3aab6e70c7322626c48a6e095b39aa57 would do the trick!
Very addicting game with a great potential with a few minor flaws. Art could definitely be improved a bit, and the tutorial thing when you first visit a menu could be made more interactive. It would also be useful to show a tooltip when hovering over certain graphics which would help a lot. Giving 4 stars, but if the game updates including these things I'll definitely augment it to 5!
Kongregate is a site where you upload games that can be interacted by the player, not to show some Flash animations/movies with no interactivity. I second the statement "Maybe youtube is the website ur looking for?"
Well, it looks like most of you end-game players had fun with the cash -> ore conversion exploit, the ridiculously OP solar panels and earning energy when sending ships to other places. I don't want to reset your data though as that could result in some players ragequitting and maybe re-rating the game 1/5. If you want to start over though in a new save to have fun legitimately you can do that too!
I'm well aware of the very glitchy "Enter" hotkey right now, but this is just as annoying as the NaN bugs. For now, don't use Enter but click the Yes button!
I've tried playing the game in Firefox, and yes indeed I do experience the incredible lag spikes when game saves automatically — now I understand the lag and all you Firefox users. I can’t do much though, because the lag is part browser fault (no lag spikes at all in Chrome), so if you want to have a smoother gameplay, try Chrome!
If there was another way to zoom in/out the planet other than scrolling would be much more convenient. AS3 apparently doesn't "lock" scrolling into the Flash movie while AS2 does. hmm
Tooltip is a fantastic idea.
