This is a terribly designed game. The lack of ability to use the keyboard for any action except healing is a huge hindrance to game play. When the character you play as moves slower than molasses and refuses to retaliate against anything that hits him one such as myself tends to get a little angry. Response time of the character compared to only the second creatures you face in level two creates a harsh need for better weapons. Also, when I click on a zombie to attack, I don't expect my character to walk right past him, get hit, double back, get hit again, then SHOOT a gun thats supposed to be a long range weapon that could have been fired from his original position. Put less into your graphics for collecting coins and stars, exploding heads, and pop up dialogue and focus more on common sense gameplay. Please.
Hey ArcadiaInc... well. Thanks for checking us out, at least? First off: there are more keyboard shortcuts than simply to heal. You can toggle between melee and guns for your avatar by hitting T. You can load various windows using keyboard short cuts. We have been discussing WSAD or improved controls beyond this. There is certainly a sharp increase in difficulty in region 2. I would be interested to know which weapon you're playing with - it is certainly designed to require upgrades as you progress in the game. As for the game-play comments, I've passed them along to our team. All the best.
Idea for sequel: "Endless Migration: Revenge of the Flying V"
Give the leader laser-beams and missiles to fight back against the raging onslaught of air/space-craft (and randomly placed floating bombs) that killed countless numbers of his feathered brethern.
The game is fun to play but get very frustrating with the mouse controls and the small amount of energy that you have available-it makes fighting the boss battles almost impossible. Make the coins not move so much (so youre not chasing all over the board for them), and incorporate some kind of upgrade system, either using the coins or number of kills as currency. Like I said, good, well designed game that has a lot of potential to be great. 4/5
