Just maybe it should be made more obvious that the outcome of decisions is derived from stats :))) A lot of people seem to get it "wrong" because they pick choices adventure-style (what sounds more reasonable) rather then rpg-style (which one I have the stat for). Never lost one on a second playthrough. (Hint: trollingly, for people familiar with classic RPG mechanics and (im)balance, DEX appears to be a dumpstat)

5) Some abilities are clearly useless, like "+20% main spam gun fire rate" - it is already calculated into the "natural" fire rate, why bother with the line? 6) High-level stuff is insanely luck-dependant since best weapons drop with built-in unupgareable stats that could be anything. This ulfberht weapon with -10% missile reload on top of dmg/rate/capacity and it owns. But so rare.

Amazing game! And could be made even more awesome with a bit of tuning: 1) "Loot all" button, please. That scavenging running around is bleh. 2) Make items a bit more even in their abilities so that plain obvious "best" is more interesting to choose. 3) Some things about balance are plain strange: tysury shield with like -88% delay could easily be better then rax, but somewhy they always spawn with minimal regen (like 40) even while they could be upgraded past rax's 60 max. So you are basically forced to pick one and upgrade it, disregarding all the following loot. 4) in fullscreen mode only 3 lines of abilities are visible, despite the fact I just got an Ulfberht weapon with 4.

level 12 is royally bugged, final boss golem spawns, I have exactly 20 lives and 0 other enemies on the map, golem is properly fixed by pushback towers... then BAMM outta nowhere it says "0 lives, you lost". As shitty as it gets.

a) Brilliant b) Not sure Litany of Pain was such a good idea. It + barbed brutalizer + pretty much anything around stun chance/quickness/MP regen = fairly early and simple permalock char: everyone is stunned, and whoever isnt still lost a good half of their charge-up. I dont yet have half of a proper build and it's already total lockdown for most encounters. I get it his name is Stall, but didn't knew his family name was Forevah. c) Healing seems like an underdog skillline: the same dedicated INT cleric barely heals 200HPs at 40+ lvl - that's with heal-bufing items. The very fighter who wants that actually serves himself 500+ with one (wide) swing of a Bloody Murder with a little leech buffs. Easy diffs are supposed to be about oneshotting everyone, but this here is a heal which is useless even at hard+. d) Consider adding "demonology" or something. Really buys me I can't look up their abilities x'ept for the "by the butt" method inside fight.

One last thing: don't be obsessed with useless upgrades, especially when they require upkeep. Focus on getting up-to-level weapons with good mods until they start costing over 10k to upgrade, at which point your main tool is Villa. My finishing buildings: 15 wall, 6 sandbag, 6 repairman, 5 trainer - and 44 perfect games of 100. Could've had half of that I guess - if you're attacked heavily you're probably dead anyways. But lv10 villa. DO NOT BUY LOOTER (bugged, doesnt work) or Museum past lv1 (never worth it).

Congratulations! You just won the Random Number Disintegrator Badge and 60 points! The way I did it was: a) all badges but hardcore b) Myself Noble, hunter rifle + space + hands = good for a few levels to bowgun c) Sheriff asap, third ranger or milita before lv10, fourth the other one or another Noble - those 2 last guys will Grav d) ramp up to 60 chickens asap, 100+ eventually e) refresh browser then upgrade/refresh shop until you get teh good weapons, esp your own bowgun with 4+ slots (autofire-damage-firerate and 2nd rate and if ya got 5 - 2nd damage) and 2 gravs (ideally 2 slots with all damage). g) The rest VILLA. e) always have 2+ Grails ready for surprise bombsuicider waves. If you get to lv70, you've basically made it.

Here is a question that gets asked in chat about half-hourly: Should I buy 2 gold packs or 1 Enclave pack? Now, there is one correct answer to it: ....TWO GOLD PACKS.... (reason for it is that 2 gold packs give you 2 rares, and surprisingly, rares from the "base" set are on average better then from Enclave. So gold packs will give you 2-1 playable whern Enclave 1 or 0). Rate this up for all people to see.

For some obscure reason Rogues always seem to outlevel (and greately outdamage) other dudes. On my Platinum run, he died heroically (rogue! dying heroically! uh-oh!) but took almost all Dragon's health by himself, so when the rest of the party made it from some crappy dungeons, they only had a blow or two to land. Before that on Gold run Rogue also outperformed other guys and was chopping dragon's health apart for multiple days while the rest of them slackers were busy grinding low-level creeps. Bottom line, rogues ftw!

I wonder if the original WC3 map author was asked for permission to copy his game... If he was, this will be decent, around 4 I figure. If he is not, as I strongly suspect, then it's 1/5 for blatant rip-off.

Holygosh! Someone should have said in the hard badge that you only have to ARRIVE AT SPACE IN FULL HEALTH BAR, not actually "never take damage"!!!!!! With the amoung of repair kits on lower orbit, this is piece of cake.... x'ept for 100 restarts you force yourself into after suffering some impact early on. JUST REPAIR YOURSELF FULL TO THE END, and you'll get the hard badge.

Greenjackets are, as many people point out, OP. Or should we say other tier3 infantries suck? Anyways, this is truly a nice concept, and I will rate it 5/5 for that, but something must be done to make more winning strategies viable, other then "Greenjacket Spam".

WOW! The last epic boss is killable! Just did it. Take a firelord (fully upped) with you, healing guys and tons of small melee creeps (goblins are MVP). Get your guys right under him, x'ept for goblins whom you keep sending to his base. Half of the time he will strike backwards to kill those goblins, and for the other half, use Invincibility. When you get a camp of creeps with healers right under his feet, it's almost over: he will keep loosing health barely doing anything. Just manage your mana - use nothing but shields (time stop is strictly worse, if the boss gets to your base you're dead anyways). Then just escort your firelord under him, and the rest is pretty much automatic. Some people end up killing the base before the boss, well, I did otherwise;))))

-- Good solution would be to introduce "Epic Quests" right here right now. Some ultra-touch chalelnges unlocked by finishing a storyline. The ones like Forgotten Cavern (probably the only map where you cannot just spam one good unit svitched to one map-convinient element) but MUCH worse. So my 15+ magic use me with 25+ magic use hero have to go through hoola hoops (as opposed to have not archwizard but a lowly trainee get me through half the map singlehandedly). These challenges may pay in unique items uncomparable to anything else ("sacrifice a hero to get a portion of his experience for yourself". "Units of this hero have their level cap permanently removed. + 10 Tactics" - and so on and so on!)

So I'm happy, it was a time well spent and so on, but it's just... too short, honestly! For all the potential in the whole system, with individual hero leveling as well as your own, all the unit types (never built a majority of it save for 1 to try. The balance... needs working on :*), the items and stats - it's all gets surprisingly irrelevant fast enough. The abovementioned GemCraft got much slower curve (which could be problematic aswell - I for one never bothered to finish "chapter 0" because it's too lamely stretched), but here, we've got a too steep one. I wouldn't mind spending another day or tow at this game "for real" (not pokemon grinding).
