You know... the dud pickaxes really aren't duds... they're just inferior to your current model... that said, why couldn't you just take the pickaxe you commissioned... and like... sell it?
Four times back to back, went out on first day, found 1 survivor, lost 1 survivor, found no weapons, made the second day almost impossible and the third day pointless. My luck officially sucks here.
