the max size for a room with upgrades is 4x4. it starts out as 2x2, but if you're planning your future dungeon, be sure to leave enough room for upgrades. upvote this comment so others can see.

Also remember to shoot the fire with the fireball and talk to one of the guys to get the fire badge or whatever it is.

Upgrades screen freezes when I try to X out of it. The enemies keep shooting but I can't escape the upgrade screen, then I die. A bit buggy but otherwise fun game.

I love how the second part of the game was tailored exclusively to my in-game actions. I had to re-engage with my own play style and I was like, "wow, really? wtf did I do that?" Which, of course, is part of the theme of the game - self-reflection. Really a masterwork of a game.

The lettering/illustration style reminds me of Dave McKean. He does a lot of illustrative work with Neil Gaiman, one of my all-time favorite writers. Anyway, awesome game so far!
