Seems it doesn't work in the splash screen but works fine in game. Maybe that was our problem? Otherwise, I unfortunately can't add another key as I'm strictly limited by the GBStudio engine.
Would it be possible to change the bright white light when I die to something less "epileptic" I'm on the last level, and I die every second on some of the places. I start to feel dizzy due to the flashes. Is there maybe an option in the menu to restore the player without the flash?
extremely laggy on my pc even on lowest quality after the 15lvl. while saving the browser stops working for 30-60 seconds and I get the message that the script makes my browser run slow. I barely saw now, that you can switch weapons. Well hidden on the lower left side of the playscreen... I give a 2/5 because it must have taken some time to make the game...
You have to start your game with "nice entry" bonuses. The more of them you've got the faster you get and the higher you can jump. See also youtube for solutions...

Why would you need to redo them? You see your best time up left in the corner, if it says 0 you haven't done the level. And you can switch between the levels on the bottom of the screen...
