Here is theyr answer regarding friends and gem problem=Hello, those gems you find in camps are only a possibility to share this post on Facebook and you would get the gems if your friends click on the post (one gem for one friend, tops at 3). It is thus not working on KG - it will be fixed aprox. in one month. As for the friends, we are new on KG so we do not have the mechanic to have KG friends in Emporea, but we are working on this as well and we want to have it working in 2 weeks time. :) Sorry for the inconvenience and the delays, we are working as fast as we can. I hope it does not ruin your game experience too much. Have a nice day!

i mailed support and they said that the friend list and not receiving the gems from camp should be fixed within a month... not a priority then...

can't advance anymore in the campaign or very, very, very slowly. my commanders are lvl 12-8 and i need them to lvl 40 at least to continue the campaign. wich mean framing a thousand times the same nodes everyday (for weeks) for books, That's not the definition of fun for me. and your quest system need to be look at. i get a quest to lvl up ressource building to lvl 3 and some time after i need to upgrade an items to lvl 2 (wich have never worked) but for that i need a castle lvl 8, wich mean i'll be stuck on this quest for a very long time. You really need to work on the balance of the xp needed for commander, either they need to gain xp from fighting (and not only books). for pretty much everything the gold cost are very high (seeing that 400 gold cost 2.5$) ever though you reduced the cost on some items it's still way to high. i mean 1 single 10K xp books for 400 gold when you need at least several hundreds to lvl up a general. BALANCE your game pls (and fix market)

market is broken since last update, the castle lvl requirement added for research and the forge is a tiny bit insane...

you definitely can't excpect to do a copy/paste from an other game and make it a success. Some lazy attempt for a money grab. i'm really concerned about the future of this game :(
