I have a question: What is the difference between "1x anything" and "1x anything. Resource upgraded." ? How is the resource upgraded?

Good game; my only problem is that whenever I go to drop cargo, the hooks just reattach right after and then the cargo gets yanked out of position.

I was hoping for Epic War 4 to be more like the first two, which were more strategic. In this game all you have to do is click a button and then wait 10 minutes.
