Do you get a power orb from defeating Nidghogg in every dimension or just the first? Is there someway to use Ultra orb on anything else than the ultra orb buff?

At present, you only get the power orb once for defeating Nidhogg. However, they can be had for hellstones, as well as daily rewards.
