Too much randomness, IF I could actually build a team to start off with, I could eventually get the badge without cheating (Reloading the page before a battle goes fubar) but as it stands the loot you get is lackluster, and the skills you start off with are useless for the casters (Level 6 is when you get any of the actually useful stuff)
A fun game, but frustrating and needs some further balancing to the monsters or buffs to the players (Longer duration of Both curses and Blessings/status effects would be better)
The enemies past level 7 are all bullshit insane hard, especially that damn blue dragon that only gets more abilities the more abilities you use against it... And it can't be slowed
The game is severely imbalanced and needs nerfing to a ton of enemies
Oh and just tested out the 'reset' feature after playing through the first 4 stages and not spending any of the crystals (Reserve of 18). Turns out the crystals are *NOT* saved, so please do *NOT* press that reset button or all the hard earned crystals you worked for will be set to *ZERO*...
Another sad cash grab given a badge, Congratulations developers for your brief moment of fame, followed by a steady flow of old fans leaving for greener pastures.
Hell I'd rather spend my hard earned cash on Fallout 4 than anything here.
Alright you big babies complaining this game is 'pay to win' and has 'no new ideas'... Why don't you put your big girl panties on and actually play through the levels before you judge the game when you haven't gotten past Hex-tile 'H'.
I beat the game without the 'premium content' and still had fun all the while on armor games, the new events, sparks, and gem types adding additional strategies to gemcraft. Beacons have been revamped, and in later levels when shadows, spires and even the forgotten herself try to stop you, it gets hectic but very fun.
Amulets and shadow cores only make the game even better by allowing us to synergize the fragments acquired with our skills, and adds in a loot mechanic that none of the previous games had. So what if you can't visit 4 hextiles on the map, or if endless mode is locked or three skills remain out of reach unless you go premium.... The game is still well made and worth your time...
The 'Super mutant bosses' and mutants in general are overpowered, Managed to get the achievement, but the main character and 'companions' just have too little hp to make much of a difference when a mine can one shot you.
Pay $4.99 to get two 'Virtual' cards that are 'rare'....
Yeah I'm not that stupid, 'Uncommon' cards is what they should be called, and they shouldn't cost 2.50 a piece when it's the 'epic' and up that actually matter in this game.
Either lower your prices, make the game less grindy, allow energy to be purchased via Gold/Salvage, or You're going to lose with this business strategy.
Unless of course Thousands of teenage kids are using their parents money to fuel the money-grab tyrant has become...
The game still needs work but it shows some promise.
I would recommend allowing other functions than move or attack; for instance let ranged units enter 'overwatch' like the X-com series where if someone moves into range that unit can be fired upon based on how much ap was used and ammunition remaining.
@jinenmok
For me they usually just pull the plug on their connection for a mutual defeat.
Something about that needs fixing other than a slap on the wrist of 15-25 seconds waiting for a new game.
If an expansion is made, I would suggest the following;
Card effects:
Your opponent cannot see your bank for X turns
Your opponent cannot see your hand for X turns
Attack controlling hero before this card attacks each turn
Attack controlling hero at the end phase of each turn
Upkeep: Pay gold to this unit each turn before the end step
The aftereffects would depend on what faction (or possibly a new faction) would be added, such as destroy after use, draw a card, the star symbol, ect...
If there was another faction, I would suggest something along the lines of Viking raiders, with more emphasis on other cards synergizing and helping out each other; perhaps a black or brown color for their symbol would be appropriate.
For f***s sake I keep typing in your damn F***ing combos you prompt me to when I bring the first boss to zero but he just keeps coming back to full health! What the f***! Give me an instruction page to tell me what I am doing wrong rather than a half-assed one time only gimmick that I have to remember.
@blackwater You don't actually need to 'follow' Ironhide studios in order to get the stars, just click the link, exit out of said link and voila your stars have been granted to you!
Like others have said before me...
These games should not be allowed on Kongregate, let alone recieve badges.
The sheer number of Spelling errors and bad 'Engrish' is depressing to the point my English teacher would probably commit suicide upon seeing this.
The key to winning this game, is to get to cells before your enemies do.
Make sure that you get speed, Reproduction and strength as your primary attributes, this allows you to simply ZERG-RUSH all the other types and defeat them through overwhelming numbers.
