The consumables have a number on the top right that tells you how many times you are able to use it for.

I agree with what Archiminos said. However I want to add something to it, I think you should add a key where you press it to toggle off or on picking up corpses when running over them. After the 2 times of leveling up it just heals HP for 3 so some people might not want to consume corpses until they take some damage.
