The regs moved on, it got quiet, and then some of us moved on, while others left. The room itself eventually got deleted, I think. We hang in The Van, now.
That’s very strange. Next time you notice it happening, can you ask other users in your room if they can see the person who you’re missing? I’d like to figure out if it’s something particular to your view or if everyone is having trouble with the same people.
And by “lose users”, you mean there are people who don’t appear in your userlist above chat, but continue to talk in your chat room? Does it happen for users, mods, or both? Have you heard anyone else complain about it (or have you asked if other people can see the person that you can’t see)?
We had a bug early on that caused some users to disappear from the userlist, but we got that sorted out. I haven’t heard any reports of missing users/mods since then. Does this happen often?
