It stopped giving me credit for killing small bugs. One round it stayed at 64, even though I made it to the third boss and squished some bugs there. The next run, it went up by one, final round, zero credit again.
Just had a distance of over 3,150,000... THREE MILLION. It wouldn't stop and all I wanted it to do was stop. So I made it stop and missed out on a badge. Awesome. Weird request, but there's got to be a better way to make the darn geek slow down without losing all that progress...
