their should be a trading system,really

I think there should be some form of trading in-game For example,say I REALLY need miners,and resetting the map isnt helping,but a friend of mine REALLY needs rapiers,but is getting too many miners,and i have an unused rapier because of my superior gladiator,then we could trade and both get what we need

This is so frustrating,new people just get crushed
