I used to play a pretty basic windows version a long time ago, and one thing I liked about it was right click to X out a square and left click to mark a square. The way your game is now, I keep messing up and forgetting which click mode I'm in. Almost all of my mistakes are because of it. Using right and left click both would make gameplay a lot smoother
