At ~ 10 vet ranks i tried to kill a 100k lvl mob, that was a terrible idea - my EXP got to negative hundreds of billions...so no more leveling for that reset level :(

What is the effective cap on T4 combat skill?

If i buy an ArrayCaverns map it disappears after i reload the page, i am on a new save file now. (Tested it after you said it should be fixed. And it's still not fixed for me)
