Not a whole lot here right now, but it shows potential - I like that the points are updated continuously instead of just adding a lump sum every second.
There have been few occasions on which I could actively watch my rating for something plummet from 5* to 1*. I feel it's only fair to walk you through what happened.
> Game window has scroll bars stuck on the sides.
Not a dealbreaker on its own, but nags at me constantly before the game is even loaded. Down to 4* max.
> Title screen claims the game has a great name.
Your game's name doesn't matter. If your game is good, the name will be fine. Down to 3* max.
> "... the most elite game you will ever play. Yes, this IS the renown game you have been hearing so much about."
Both completely untrue claims, especially claiming to be an "elite" game on top of the aforementioned sloppy design. Admitting it's bad and you're lazy doesn't excuse it. Down to 2* max.
> "There is no saving in this game."
I actually want to thank you for this one, as it saved me the time of actually playing the game and allowed me to instead spend that time dissecting all the ways you convinced me to not play it.
Good game, nice original idea, but it's really held back by that loading bug. I keep importing/exporting my save file so I don't have to leave this open constantly, but I'm still getting no offline progress. Fix the save/load system and this is a solid 4-star game; until then, it's a 1-star.
This feels like barely half of a game. The "Lucky Draw" is useless; by the time you can afford it, it's more efficient to buy more P/s, especially since the prices don't ever go up. The only point in the game's favor that I can find is that it hasn't broken yet.
I enjoyed it for a few hours, then I switched to something else in this tab. When I came back, I lowered my rating from 4 stars to 2 because there's no offline progress. This game is fun and quite interactive during the early stages, but it slows down too much to stay engaging, and being unity-based means it will limit what I can do while it runs in the background, so I can't keep it open for the hours required to progress.
There is offline progress! Maybe something went wrong but if things were working properly your gold and mithril profits should not stop if you go offline.
Note to developer: QR codes are overrated, even fake ones. You know how hard it is to read a QR code on a computer screen? DO NOT PUT QR CODES IN YOUR GAMES.
I like how the developer mentioned that they fixed the bug where the music would randomly switch on and off on its own. As someone who likes the music to stay off when I switch it off, I especially like how they 'fixed' it by making the music only randomly switch on every other time I load my game. Fantastic work. /sarcasm
Pretty fun at first. Around hitting level 20, the game's imbalance starts to show. I think the biggest problem is the low drop rate, especially for ores. I'm still using my leather armor because it's upgraded so far beyond my copper armor, and at the rate I'm getting ore, I'll probably switch back to my wooden sword too.
Very good game, one of my favorites even. The only issue I have is that after playing for a while, the framerate starts to really chug. And no, it's not that I have crappy hardware (I'm playing on an Acer Predator AG3620-UR20P).
This is an incredible game, I especially love the background music. The entire thing has a very good atmosphere (especially played alone in a dark room at 2am). It kinda reminds me of the Submachine series - no human interaction save for the messages left behind, mysterious technology, and the feeling that you're a part of something much bigger than yourself right from the start.
Ok. you're welcome I guess
