I find that attacking two monsters at once is a bit faster. Just switch between the two. =P

For the boss fight, i used two "cells" filled with 12 ninjas and 13 samurais each, and the last "cell" with 12 snipers and 13 samurais. I hope this helps. Awesome to play. Picked Aomori.
