Not bad...I actually like this one better than the sumo one for whatever reason. Only real issues with it are that it is short, and there seems to be a bug which causes bubbles to randomly die upon impact with an enemy bubble (as if you were hovering your mouse over the bubble during collision). This happens sometimes even when the mouse is nowhere near the bubble. Had a few random losses due to it. Other than that it's fairly enjoyable.
Good potential here...the centering issue can be a bit annoying (if you open the pet window there is a place, I think over the pet stats, that you can click to drag the window around which helps), and it's a bit too grindy. A little balancing and I think this will be a solid game.
F#3 was a real pain. Basically, I set up a very gradual ramp with two lines that funneled balls into a trough (this is all happening above the red line) that looked something like:
\________/
Let balls pile up in there, and remove the bottom as the opening moves underneath it and hope enough balls land in each pipe (I think it's 3 each). Took me a long time to figure this one out.
This is only the third game I've ever really played that utilizes the Unity Web Player....does this thing not support a mute feature? Not one of these games has had a mute button, and it's unbelievably annoying.
A few things. San Luis tells me to find a hermit to the Southeast. Hermit is actually Northwest. Hermit asks for candy from San Luis. Candy = Sugar, for those wondering.
Repairing ships is way too expensive. It's not bad until you get a ship at 150K or more. Even filling the hold often isn't enough to make repairs unless you've gotten very lucky with drops. As others have said, the map doesn't move. Would be nice if the alternate weapons worked with the regular numbers and not just the number pad (my keyboard doesn't even HAVE a number pad).
@zoo804 - Pluto isn't a planet, anymore.
It's a neat simulation overall, but I believe the planets are orbiting the Sun in the wrong direction. Looking at it, the Sun would be rising in the west and setting in the east on the Earth.
I got to 9600 feet once and have been lucky to get 4000 since then. Upgrading speed beyond the 2nd level only makes things harder. Once you get to a certain speed the only thing you can really do is hold the jump button and hope.
Beating a group of 4000 and 5000 HP enemies to cross a bridge to some treasures gets you an AK47? Really? An 85 DPS weapon when you would pretty much be guaranteed to have much better than that already due to all of the grinding required to be able to beat them? Is this a bad joke or what? Once I got to the area that had 5K HP mobs I gave up...not because they're hard, but because it takes WAY too long to kill them. One can only run in circles for so long before they're forced to turn the gun on themself.
Could have been decent, but there are just way too many ways to instantaneously die and no way to stop it. The amount of luck involved sucks any bit of fun that this game could have provided.
Abducted. Eaten by T-Rex. Abducted. Abducted. Abducted. Shredded by Pteradactyl. Abducted. Blow my brains out.
Not sure if it was said, but for those who are wanting to "cash in" on their combos that just won't stop, just press 'S' to go to the store. Wait a second or two and the combo will end and you'll get you money.
