Hey you should add opportunity to buy guns and kill with medics syringe and fix one bug with medic when you press fast "s+d" you shoot very fast please fix it

Stealth is not so good in this game for example im killed 2 guards was standing one went for a drink i killed one and then he came back and did not notice anything
