I could be wrong, but I think there's a bug in Chapter 11. When I went to do the puzzle, my first instinct was to type in the word provided, and the answer was accepted. However, I am fairly certain that this was not how Sent intended for us to solve the puzzle considering the following dialogue given by the Contestants.
 "Exit/Corners"){kind=icon}
 "ANIME CHAT :D"){kind=icon}
 "Trollface Launch 2"){kind=icon}
Yup, that's a debug command that was left in by accident. It'll be gone next build, but congrats on finding it!
