In university on RP investments it says requirements:
investment research
town level 2
Though investment research needs town level 3. so why not write town level 3 as requirement here?
When I started the game today it was broken, when pressing play the ui was all over the place, when pressing save button it started like normal, however when reaching the goal it doesn't win
