I've got all four heartstone pieces and all three allied factions, what else do I have to do to complete the game...

So I'm still in the middle of this game, and am loving it but I am wondering one thing. What are the circular blue things for?

I hold the mouse button but there is no attack. Fix that and it goes from a 2/5 to a 4. Until then its fail.
