Right. So I forgot to go to the menu while I was typing my last post and I died. Now the room after the ferric mimic loads, but the lower exit is blocked by haze which was not there before.

It won't load the rooms after the one with the ferric mimic either. Once again, it will load the rooms if I go to the menu and press save. The only problem is that it doesn't update the map and these new rooms don't show up. Maybe you aren't supposed to be able to access this area at this point in the game? (I'm on the mission where you have to kill the stink-striders).

Check that...I went to the menu and pressed save. After it finished saving it loaded the room.

Yeah...every time I try to enter the room after the ferric mimic it doesn't finish loading.
