It took me a while to notice that [after losing 1 heart from the enemy and restarting the level] losing 1 heart didn't deduct stars from completion of the level. I really like that because, in other games, I'm such a perfectionist and want 100% of the stars for all my updgrades. This allowed me to keep playing and not always reset after every heart lost. Well done!
I understand that many people love this game, and so did I. Notice I said did? I can't help but doubt myself continuing on playing Balistic when I'm lacking the fun experience. I feel that the game isn't fun anymore because of one particular class: Shadows. I understand that a lot of people love to play Shadow with their stealthy hit-and-run sort of play but their katana is ridiculous. I don't mind their armory at all. I think what the Shadow has is unique to them, but that katana only became more of a nusence as time progressed. If it was a 2-hit kill and slashed fast, I wouldn't think of it as so ridiculous. Forgive me for the people who play Shadow, but I think the Shadow class, in it's current state is indeed, unbalanced. Lots of people I speak about this with agree with what I present. Please consider what I'm saying and + if you think the same thing. I wouldn't mind seeing a nerf to the Shadow's katana. I’d like to add that this is my opinion and I don’t intend to offend anyone.
Hehe, what I'm wondering about is the discussion the guy and the girl had in the house before the giant tentical rips through. "Yeah, hey... I'm going to press this button and then you're going to be snached up by this big monster guy... I hope you're okay with that. I just want to make some money, is all."
This is a very great game! It sort of reminded me of Kingdom Rush because of the similar illustrations. It was a challenging game and also one of the best games to come out! I personally loved the game, animations, and the idea. Great addition with the plots to place archers, spikes, etc. Last wave was awesome and a hard one too! Didn't beat it until I decided to actually look at Khrolan & BennyGreen's comments!
