Now I figured it out :P. The Book's title was meant to be a Hindi Translation of Dimensional Debate: Angel's Wings, but the translator which was used rendered it something else. :P Pariman is more close to measure and Swargiya is heavenly and Pari is fairy. Perhaps this is the only reason Amber is able to own that book as it is her technique :P.
