There is an error in he calculation program for the newspaper deliveries! At 289 Deliveries the cost is multiple times the cost for a new oil company at over 300 companies in my possession. This needs a fix ASAP since one Delivery costs as much as 4-5 Oil Companies! Rate this up for visibility please!
The game is pretty good as far as its genre (defence shooter) go, the enemies are well designed and I love that each of them actually has its own moves (really love how ninjas spin whilst jumping/falling). The biggest issue this game has though is a mix of bad/poor level design and a lack of a challenge once you get the final gun. The enemies themselves prove no real threat aside the walking bombs and an enemy attacking with ranged projectiles would have spiced things up.
Levels feel unbalanced too, some hard and some easy, even in the later levels. Their design is pretty good though, especially how clever you used the springs to make a different path for different enemies.
One last issue I had was the boss level. It felt not like a "boss", it was more firing at the "boss" and in between killing his minions as his "attack" didn't even reach the portal, making him a total pushover. Regard these issues and you'll do much better next time!
Light Bringer, you missed a UNIQUE opportunity! You could have built in a nice easter egg once you completed the game. Something along the lines of YET another target after the "Devil" and called it "Yo Mama". That would've cracked me up. Nevertheless I powered through this in one session because penguins and cannons!
Good game! I is sadly not very long, but very entertaining and a very good take on those canon-defense games! I love the quotes and the different types of cannons, though I would have liked some more levels, or at least an endless mode after finishing the game to see how many waves of pirates you can defeat! Perhaps you could include this feature next time?
Okay, this is totally weird for me...I just returned from playing EBF4, which was released this week and finally killed the God Cat. Now I am here and ASSIST another God Cat by fighting humans...that feels so indifferent.
For all that whine about skipping to the result screen: THe RED button with "Self-destruct" on it is the way to cut things short! Please rate + so everyone can see it!
First off, I really liked it so far, despite "some" bugs others encountered as well, but this is, of course, still in development. I love how you put up the grass so that the wilds look not too empty, but there is still too much open space. So far, there some things I want to comment and that is f.e. the overpowered weapons. They kill the enemies, even the "stronger" ones, way too fast. I didn't need to spend money most of the time, for I found this 100 DMG gun in the first dungeon, pretty much killing everything right away. Either you nerf the guns or buff the enemies to solve this. As for the enemies, you should make 'em more special, like the little ones being basic and slow, and those long-neck ones being speedy, otherwise there is not really a threat coming from them. Otherwise the mapping is quite good and enjoyable, but gunning while driving makes fighting too easy. These are just some suggestions, you are free to keep any of those features, it's just my opinion on that matter
Nerdook, you have not only published a new game in record time (regarding most developers), but also evolved the sequel into something worth to be titled "better than part one" than just being like part one, just with new stuff and such. Seriously, it seems you put more effort in your games than once might see, which is something I love about you! One could even say that Nerdook could start to be a brand of flash games ;)
HAHAHAHA! I instantly saw you have the RED Engineer from Team Fortress 2 on the Build tab...not only well polished, but also having some little eastereggs...a truly deserved 5/5!
When I shot an ork with a swiftbow, I stunned him and "STUN" was displayed in the lower right corner...hower when he acted again, the "STUN" sign was still shown...can ya fix or at least look what this is?
This game is absolutely amazing! Its not new, but refreshing to play. The absurd idea of an mexican wrestler in a cutie candy land on rampage makes me laugh all the time. And when you finish, you enter a timed mode, so you can compete with your friends on twitter and/or facebook! You guys seriously put the term "sugar rush" to a whole new level of awesomeness!
Whow good game but I have things to say: 1. SOOOOO not stolen drom the last deathwish game from Madness......2. Soooon not too much inspired by Krinkels and Madness. 3. LAWL funny dialouges XD.
yay! i am a brand. ;) thanks for playing the game, and hope you liked it.
