You got Secret of Evermore and Phantasy Star in my Metroid!
Having to make the potions each time is kind of a pain though, just like Secret of Evermore :(
I wish there was a bit more exploration too, the only real reason to head back to places is just for the health upgrades. That said, this was a lot of fun!
Between this and Vertical Drop Heroes I love what you're doing with the randomly generated environments. I'd love to see your take on a Rogue-like game in the future...
The flippers feel kinda weak to me. I was expecting something a bit more adventurey and colorful, this felt like DOOM Pinball to me. Oh well, it's still a great game in a sorely lacking flash genre.
