I don't understand how this is Pay to Win. Maybe Pay for awesome crap but definitely not pay to win. You're against a goddam AI, on top of that you don't need all of the elite units, you can play the game with ease even with the crappiest units in game. In my case, I just a mixture of all the units; perhaps the people complaining it's P2W are spaming 1 unit type. If you examine the units stats you can clearly see each unit is strong against one type and weak against another. It's kinda like Rock, Paper, Scissors, on a bigger scale and much more fun.
