Finally beat challenge 4. Aside from luck you have to manage both bots. Keep your shield outside the minimum range of the dragon and keep your sword farther away than your shield but within shooting range. It's really helpful if you can get all three bots moving uniformly across the screen in that formation and you get about 2-3 good seconds of shooting without having to manage anything. I will say I had a little luck but used mostly skill and strategy I picked up on as I played to beat it.
I made the mistake of investing in engine early. Bad idea. Get to 40 turret ASAP. Next get to at least 100 shield. Then put the rest in engine for when you get to the boss.
Say too easy but still really fun which is unusual. There is a lot of wasted potential here. There are great graphics and sound effects and general feel. However there is much need for better interface and balanced gameplay. There needs to be a sell all inventory button. Also a control click sell or something like that is needed. Lastly, where is the ending!!!
I like it. I disagree with those that don't like the random damage rolls. I think it's the most original aspect of the game and keeps you on your toes. Play the odds and you'll win, most of the time just like every other card game. It is a good base for a game but needs more variety of cards, more combination characters and most important MULTIPLAYER!
I really like this game. Good sound, music, fighting, graphics and characters. Control and level design need some work. It has tons of potential to be one of the best flash games.
